Hi there! I’m Rachel Flint. I am the founder of The Relentless Woman. Here’s my chance to win you over in less than two minutes. (No pressure!) I’ll try to impress you with some credentials while hopefully still sounding humble, fun, and trustworthy. goes! 

Here’s why I’m qualified to help you: I’m an NASM certified personal trainer with a nutrition specialization. I have a dozen years of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve won thousands of dollars in transformation challenges, done photo shoots with some of the largest companies in the fitness industry, and was a sponsored athlete with the largest online supplement retailer for five years. I’ve worked at every major fitness expo in the country and was even featured several times in TRAIN Magazine, one of the nation's top fitness magazines.  

The best thing that came from all those opportunities are that they opened doors for me to do the one thing that fills my heart with joy: help other women. 

Over the past eight years, I’ve written nearly two dozen fitness programs and hosted countless fitness challenges. I’ve helped thousands of women transform their bodies, improve their relationship with food, and change their mindset to sustain long-term results. It’s not just about having a sexy physique. It’s about feeling great in your own skin, loving what you see in the mirror, and becoming confident enough to tackle all the challenges that life throws your way. 

I wasn’t always fit. I wasn’t always confident. Eating healthy didn’t come easily to me. I had no desire to play sports and no athletic ability whatsoever. That is...until I decided to try. It all started with one decision to accept the challenge to transform my body. Doing that one scary thing gave me the confidence to tackle other challenges. It helps me set a positive example for my three children, too. My confidence continues to grow and yours will, too. 

It all starts with that first step. You only have this one body and this one life. This is it...this is your shot!   • Who is eligible to participate?
  • ​This is a 12-week challenge, open to women (women’s division) and couples (couples division) only.
  • Can I do the workouts at home?
  • ​Yes! The program can be completed at the gym or at home. Home workouts require minimal equipment - a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, a pull-up bar and an exercise ball. A bench is helpful but not required.  
  • ​What about nutrition? Will there be a boring meal plan?
  • ​Every week you’ll see new, fresh macro-targeted meal plans in The Relentless Woman app. You can download the PDFs and keep them forever for a wide variety of options that will help you stay on track without being bored. We've improved our Flex Method system to give you more customized guidance. There will also be additional nutrition options so you have choices. We aren't a fan of cookie cutter diets, so we give you options and plenty of guidance so you don't get burned out on fish and broccoli! 
  • What is the cost of the challenge?

  • ​How do I win?
  • Participants are required to take before photos on the first day of the challenge and after photos on the last day, each with the assigned keyword, and upload them in The Relentless Woman app. Front view, side view, and rear view photos with the keyword clearly visible are required. Form-fitting clothes or a swimsuit are highly encouraged, and we recommend wearing the same or similar clothing for before and after photos to ensure we can adequately see changes in your physique.
  • ​We encourage you to be an active participant in The Relentless Woman Facebook group by asking questions, giving support to others, and sharing your struggles. We're in this together!
  • ​Will I still be able to enjoy holiday meals with my family?
  • ​OF COURSE! The holidays are meaningful to all of us, and we won't encourage you to deprive yourself of a tasty meal with your loved ones. No Off Season is about making the commitment to yourself to be mindful of your choices and end the year better than you started. You can have your turkey and eat it too!
